The company was founded with the enthusiasm of a rider discovering he could successfully work on his own bike and enjoy doing it. Over the last 21 years his tool & die knowledge and experience led him to develop time saving, accurate tools. Luckily, tools that make sense to other riders as well. Altho his last name is somewhat common in industry, Paul has absolutely zero to do with any stock market sales and/or synthetic foods. All these tools are designed “out of his head”.
We have heard for millenia that age old adage “necessity is the mother of invention” and that is true- however, I would like to add that in the fact that there is more to it than that- I think there needs to be some amount of synergism with the past, so I would add that “experience is the father”
Quite frankly, I have a hard time calling myself a businessman, I am a bike rider who happens to make tools. I enjoy keeping riders on their bikes. Basically, tools save time and frustration.
I ride more than most and make tools to make my repair time as short as possible. Luckily, tools that others find work very well for them as well.
I recommend everyone learn to work with your bike. Not necessarily on the bike, but with it. As if it is a friend. If paying attention, it will talk to you. The key to maintenance is preventive maintenance. Every squeak, clunk or thud means something. Your bike is telling you that you are slightly behind the curve on maintenance. Whether you listen or not depends on the quality of your next ride. Developing the skills of listening will greatly enhance your ability to ride a bike that works every time. I’ll do what I can to help any way I can. Have questions pls ask. Toll free, 866-806-0898 pacific standard time 8-5pm pls
As we all know, evaluation is the first element of any repair. The dial tools herein are the best wheel evaluators on the planet. Tuning a wheel with a dial indicator will eventually make a wheel even enough, stronger by far, that it no longer gets knocked out of shape as easily. Here in the southern sierras, we have (6) 5000’ drop trails around this valley- some down dry riverbeds that definitely put wheels to the test. My rims not only get dented and scared, but the spokes, too, show nicks and chips missing. There are no parks around here- this is the southern sierras and one wants to ride home, folding a wheel is not an option during the winter months. Even summer months are tough- It is not that something big will neccessarily eat you-altho that could be the case. It is the ants that would disassemble you first.
SO-Let’s get to work ! Many riders have bought tools and started their own localized wheel service- the tools are that fast and easy to use. ( did I mention- also the most accurate ! )
You always make a good investment with our tools.
It's the best way to optimize your investment.
